Holistic Birth Education: We will delve into the principles of holistic birth education, focusing on physiological birth processes and the significance of brain wave states during labor. We will also discuss pregnancy and post partum nutrition and herbal supports (please review with your medical care provider).

Experience the soothing benefits of sound healing meditation in the comfort of your own home. During our 30-45 minute session, I will bring singing bowls to create a harmonious atmosphere. We will engage in a simple meditation that focuses on grounding and relaxation, and move into a sound healing session with singing bowls. Additionally, crystals will be available for enhanced healing and energy balancing. Allow yourself to unwind and rejuvenate in this peaceful setting.
Join me for one-on-one babywearing classes designed to help you find the perfect carrier for you and your baby. During our sessions, you'll have the opportunity to try out various types of carriers while I demonstrate their use and discuss important safety considerations. While I am not yet a certified babywearing educator, I am actively pursuing that certification to enhance my knowledge and support.
Planning a mother blessing ceremony can be a beautiful way to celebrate your journey into motherhood. I will assist you in determining the aspects you want to include in your ceremony and provide guidance throughout the planning process. My support extends to the setup and teardown of the event, as well as access to supplies like altar items, crystals, candles, and other materials to enhance your ceremony. Together, we’ll create a meaningful experience that honors you and your transition into motherhood.
